On the previous page you saw how easy it was to search for items in your database. Sorting is even easier. To sort your data click any column header and the list is instantly re-arranged in alpha-numerical order based on whichever column you clicked.

If you click the same column header again the list is re-arranged in reverse order.

If you're working your way through this user guide like a tutorial then now's the time for you to play with the search, sort and group features.

See what happens when you select 'By Category' from the menu on the left.

'By Supplier' probably won't do anything because we haven't done anything with vendors yet. (we'll do that later.)
