To search for an item enter some characters into the Part No. box (near the bottom) and then press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard (or click the 'Go' button). If you search on a whole part number then just the one record would be found. If you entered a few characters then all records begining with those characters would be found.

You can also search on Description and you can even use a wild card character. In our example imagine we were looking for a 'LOCK NUT' we'd type the * star symbol followed by 'LOCK NUT' (without quotes) into the description field and click 'Go'. This would remove all rows where the word 'LOCK NUT' does not appear in the description.
