Processing of Customer Orders
 

The "Sales Order Module" allows you to select items ordered by the customer and gather them together on one window where you enter quantities, check pricing and discounts and to ship the order or save it and ship later.

You can interrupt the ordering process at any time, close down the system and return to it in future and items previously selected will still be waiting to be processed.

When you come to ship items you can ship everything in one go or ship part of the order with other items to follow later in seperate deliveries. Inventory Manager keeps track of everything for you and only when the Ordered Quantity is equal to the Shipped Quantity is the order closed and filed away....... But even when the order is closed you can still pop it back up and add more items and send out more deliveries on the same order (We all know how difficult some customers can be)

To begin the order process select the menu for "Customer Orders" and then the menu item "New".

The window shown on the following page appears.
